Founded 1994 in munich, germany, "Software Fischer SOFIKA GmbH" is a software company, which has great experience in developing individual software for big projects.

From the beginning - over 12 years ago - until now our clear focus is:

• batch-programming with mass-data
• relational databases
• software-testing

We started with cobol-programs on ibm-mainframes with db2, now we mainly work with java and xml on linux-systems with oracle...

Our general manager is Mr. Klaus Fischer. He is member of the ASQF e.V. - an organization, whose main aim is improving software-quality.

We are subcontractor of software-companys, which develop solutions for worldwide working companys in the telecommunication- and transportation-sector.

We have learned in these projects, that the most difficult step in the software-lifecycle is not the realizing from the scratch but the software-maintenance and the adapting of software to new requirements.

The software-lifecycle can only be successful, if you are aware, that not only pure configuration-management but software-tests are the central issue of software-quality.
